Jericho 1.07 Long Live the Mayor

I think on of the biggest things of the episode was the return of Gray. We got a lot of information about the outside world. The important parts were: FEMA is still around, New York survived and DC didn't. They hit Lawrence but not Topeka! Yeah! It's too bad Topeka got a lot of fallout from Lawrence though. I'm sure Kansas City did too. Gray mentioned that in New York they stopped the guys and they had a steel drum. A steel drum like Hawkins'? Is that what was in that?
Still no clear answers on Jake's past. But I guess the robbery business that Jonah had running on the side, Jake was a part of. He was supposed to look out for a Jonah's son on a job, Jake didn't and the he got killed. I'm pretty sure his death made Jake run. And since Emily was his sister, it complicated things since Jake and Emily were romantically involved If Jonah stays away is another story though. I doubt he will.
It wouldn't surprise me if Johnston dies in the next few weeks. It is sweeps time. But if he does...the town is going to spiral out of control. It's already starting to. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone is trying to be in charge. Without a single strong leader, the town is going to end up in chaos.
Until tomorrow for Supernatural,
Namaste
