Veronica Mars 3.06 Hi, Infidelity

Posted Tuesday, November 7, 2006

I couldn't believe that they made it seem that Claire made up the rape. Now Veronica is no closer to finding who the real rapists are. That is until the end of the episode when Parker meets Mercer. The fact that he had clippers in his drawer makes me think it's him. And these aren't beard trimmers; they are dog/head trimmers. Plus that Lamb said that GHB was in the cashbox. But yet Logan claims that he was with Mercer this summer during the first few rapes, but can't tell Veronica what they were doing. Hmmm...maybe something that Veronica wouldn't approve of...like cheating on her. It looks like Parker is dealing with what happened to her better now. I liked the Keith and Harmony story line. It's just funny that they were romantically involved on Just Shoot Me! And now on here. Veronica might be pissed though with them having sex. She should just be happy for her dad that he found a new friend to spend time and talk with. As for the whole plagiarism paper part of the episode, I thought it was alright. I did like the outcome, making Veronica's new mentor a dirty old man. But other than that I wasn't too impressed. Same goes for the Wallace parts. It was great to see him more in this episode, but the whole cheating thing didn't really do it for me. The theme of "cheating" is very prominent in this season. Veronica was accused of cheating, Wallace did cheat, Logan cheated on school, (plus I think he's cheating on Veronica) 2 of the guys in the prison experiment were cheating on a test, Harmony cheated on her husband; the Dean's wife is cheating on him. They are all just a bunch of cheaty cheaters!

I'm going to watch Lost this afternoon and blog on it. Jericho should be on its way very soon.

Namaste

From Maikutlo Aka - My Views

I was cleaning today and found this old email which I sent out to a group of friends & family when I first got back from SA over six years ago... being away from SA for a year and a half now, it was a good feeling to re-remember when I first "fell in love".
