Wow, another great episode! Man those Others are sneaky! I'm a little curious as to how the got onto the boat with out Jin or Sayid noticing. Sawyer is such a character, and evidentially he tastes like fish biscuits. Why are the others making them do that work? Is it all just for re-programming? Or is the work they are doing actually for something? Is watching everything what Ben does? And where else are there cameras? Did Ben and Juliet have a relationship at one point? I'm thinking so. Why was Alex asking about Karl? Is he actually an Other that misbehaved? Did Alex have a "falling out" with the Others? Why is Jack still being kept in the underwater bunker? Why haven't they put him to work with everyone else? Do they not want him to mingle with Kate and Sawyer? Was Ben born on the Island? Why has he lived there his whole life? If they have communication to the outside world why don’t any of them leave? Are they there to protect something? How do they have contact? Internet somehow? They obviously have access to television. I wonder if they get ABC. What is it that Jack has to do to go home? I'm going to say he has to either pull a Michael, or at least betray Kate and Sawyer. But the question becomes, will he? Would he actually bring people to them, or betray Kate and Sawyer. I think the offer might be tempting, but he won't.
I was much more impressed with Sun and Jin's back-story than I was with Jack's last episode. I always had a suspicion that Jae and Sun had an affair. Is Jae's death what caused Jin to plan to leave Sun's dad's employ? How long before the crash did all of this happen? Is the baby actually Jae's? I'm going to go out on a limb and yes it is. It appears there is more to Jin's story that we don't know also. How does he suddenly know more English than Sun realizes? Does he just understand a few words, and caught the word lie and piece to rest together? Does he realize that Sun was cheating on him? Did Jae actually commit suicide, or was someone else up there with him and threw him off the balcony?
As always I can't wait until next episode. Tune in tomorrow for my thoughts on the next episode of Supernatural.
Namaste
