There was a lot of action in this episode of Jericho. It appears that New Bern really wants to go to war with Jericho. I still don't quite understand their reasoning and hatred for Jericho. Constantino's explanation of their hatred seems insincere. And now that some of New Bern's men were injured and some dead (only one that we know of from the Salt Mine scuffle) does not go well towards their wanting to become pals with the town of Jericho. Hawkins’s was awesome this episode, no wonder the whatever branch wanted him. He's damn good at covert ops. Johnston and Constantino's confrontation was also another high point in the episode. Plus having him sweep in and save the day during the shoot out was great. I'm glad Hawkins’s and Maggie got hit during the shoot out, because other wise it would have been a bit ridiculous. Speaking of Maggie, I didn't think I'd see her again. I'm not sure if I trust her, she seems very shady. Unless her going back into the jail part of Hawkins’s plan, which well could have been. Hopefully we'll find out more when they get back to Jericho that is if she makes it.
It's amazing to see the difference in the town once Gray became Mayor. Things are going to shit. Hopefully there is a mutiny or something and Johnston becomes mayor again. It looks like next week is the start of the battle between New Bern and Jericho, only 2 more episodes left in the season. Until next time,
