Description: Topeka Zoological Park and the Friends of the Zoo are pleased to present Flumpa and Friends LIVE! on August 30th,31st and September 1st in the Gary K. Clarke Education Center at the zoo. The nationally acclaimed, multi-award winning family entertainment duo starring Flumpa, the blue eyed, red footed, adventurous tree frog and Wendy Whitten, ‘The Singing Scientist’, nationally acclaimed author, songwriter, singer and storyteller. Flumpa and Friends LIVE! has been touring since 1995 entertaining millions of children and families at zoos, aquariums, schools, libraries, science museums, children’s museums, nature centers, parks, malls, festivals, fairs and more. Science Rocks with Flumpa and Friends LIVE! These interactive musical science stage shows are charged with energy blending various musical styles and isolated and full body movement to incorporate basic science concepts in an educationally accurate and fun musical show for the entire family.
