Koyotes claim fifth consecutive APFL title

Topeka The American Professional Football League has reached season's end, and with little surprise. The Kansas Koyotes are once again in the champions of game.
The Koyotes were looking for their fifth-consecutive league title Saturday, but in order to take the prize, they would have to defeat the mighty Iowa Blackhawks. Although the Koyotes were already 2-for-3 against the Blackhawks during the regular season, it was definitely not a game they could write-off.
In the first quarter with Iowa up six-0, Chris Coffin hit OJ Simpson to set up a quarterback sneak to the corner of the endzone for six. Nearing the end of the first with Kansas again down six, Coffin fired a quick pass to DonVa Louder to give the Koyotes a 13-12 lead.
In the fourth, the Koyotes started to pull away, and Kansas went on for the 39-15 victory, and their fifth consecutive APFL championship.

DURING THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, PLAYER #3 CHRIS WHITE WAS INJURED CATCHING AN INTERCEPTION AND HAD TO BE TAKEN OFF THE FIELD AND TO THE HOSPITAL. HIS FIBIA WAS BROKEN AND WILL NEED SCREWS AND A PLATE TO REPAIR IT. THE KANSAS KOYOTES OWNER IS NOT BEING COOPERATIVE IN GIVING INSURANCE INFORMATION FOR MR WHITE TO GIVE TO THE HOSPITAL BEFORE THE SURGERY. THEREFORE, HE WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. SURELY THE KOYOTES HAVE INSURANCE FOR PLAYERS BEING HURT DURING THE GAME AND SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BUSINESS IT IS. I AM SURE THAT WHEN THE COACH WAS CLOBBERED LAST YEAR THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE STRESS OF HOW HE WAS GOING TO PAY FOR HIS CARE AFTER HIS INJURY.
