Topeka Athletes from all across the capital city revved up for the final weekend of the Sunflower State Games Saturday.
Of the 36 events in this year's games, five are new, and among those new sports was Dodge ball. Yes, you read that right. Five teams turned Washburn's Whiting Field House into a dodge ball arena today.
Sunflower Games coordinators are hoping that unique sports like dodge ball continue to add to the flavor and selection of the annual summer games.
