Preliminary hearing sets trial date for Christopher Hall

A Topeka man will go to trial for the slaying of a Topeka teen in December 2006.
Christopher Hall will stand trial in Shawnee County District Court starting November 17.
Hall faces charges of first degree murder and aggravated indecent liberties with a child in the death of fifteen-year-old Nacole Winter.
He also faces a misdemeanor charge of desecration of a corpse for the burning of Winter's body.
During today's preliminary hearing the judge listened to six hours of testimony about the killing from witnesses.
One witness being Hall's brother, Michael Hall.
