It may be a little early to think about Christmas, but the time is now to think about "The Nightmare Before Christmas," which was re-released today on an anniversary disc.
"This is a movie that the adults like as much as the kids do," Film Critic Keith Van Sickle said.
He said the movie, which was originally released in 1993, is beautifully re-mastered and features extras including a poem written by Tim Burton, which is narrated by Christopher Lee and commentary by Burton.
Van Sickle says this movie would make a nice addition to anyone's collection, but warns it may scare small children.
An ultimate collector's edition, which includes a bust, sells for about $100, but if you don't want to spend that much, the single DVD is about $25.
The more expensive option may make a great Christmas present for the dark one in your family, Van Sickle said. Or, if you're not ready to think about Christmas, remember it on Halloween.
"This is one of those movies that I think gets forgotten a little bit because it's appropriate for Halloween and appropriate for Christmas time as well," he said.
