SE Topeka lot cleared out, cleaned up

Members of Code Enforcement are making southeast Topeka a little bit brighter.

They spent two full days cleaning up this overgrown lot at 9th and California.

Code enforcement received complaints about trash and tires dumped here.

It took crews several truckloads, and a small Bobcat to haul out all the trash.
