Should the federal government bail out the ailing auto industry?

We need fresh faces and more common sense in our gov't! As a small business owner the Gov't would never bail me out if I made bad financial decisions, so why do they help the big guys who got in the situation they are in by lining their pockets with struggling middle class money! I am voting McCain/Palin mainly on the hope that they can break the good ole boy system and give the gov't back to the people( at least some of it!)

We went thru the same type of storm in western Kansas about this time last year. The power crews were terrific. They came from as far as Lousianna and became a big part of our community for awhile. Treat them with courtesy and respect for they have terrible working conditions and they are working long exhausting hours. I feel for those in shelters but have faith people are working around the clock to restore your power.

I just saw this movie. I had heard all the hype ahead of time and while I watched I tried very hard to determine the anti religious undetow. I guess I am too easliy entertained because I thought the special effects and characters were great! Either my faith is greater than the movie or I have been influenced without knowing it!

This kind of act only puts those responsible on the same level as the Phelps. It serves no purpose but to perpetuate hate. I abhore the Phelps acts but I thank them also... because of them it has brought thousands of American patriots together in the form of the Patriot Guard and other acts of patriotism in support of our troops from people all over the United States. We are a strong country and will withstand all the "Phelps" clans hate with acts of love and kindness.

Hurray!!!! There is still hope for upright Christian Americans against religious anti American fanatics. God Bless the jury that found them responsible. Now if Mr. Snyder will do the right thing and donate a very large portion of the 2.9 million towards the Red Cross and /or the Patriot Guard it will help show Mr. Phelps group what a true Christian is!

This soldier was a close family friend. One of the finest people you would want to know. He had done 2 tours in Iraq and was training other soldiers since being home. He was doing what he loved. He will be missed greatly!
